China Longyuan Power Group Corporation (00916) announced that the company completed the issuance of its ultra short-term financing bonds on October 24, 2025. The total amount issued for the ultra short-term financing bonds was 2.5 billion RMB, with a maturity of 179 days, a face value of 100 RMB, and a coupon rate of 1.67%. Interest will be calculated from October 27, 2025.
CEB BANK Co., Ltd. acted as the lead underwriter for the public offering of the ultra short-term financing bonds. The funds raised from this issuance are intended for the replacement of existing interest-bearing debts and for supplementing working capital.
