TBKS Holdings (01960) announced its financial performance for the year ending on June 30, 2025. The group recorded a revenue of RM 97.408 million, a decrease of 66.19% compared to the previous year. The company's attributable loss was RM 28.338 million, a decrease of 13.46% compared to the previous year, resulting in a loss per share of RM 2.83.
The improvement in the financial performance for the fiscal year was mainly due to an increase in the group's gross profit, despite a significant decrease in revenue compared to the previous year. The net impairment loss on trade receivables, contract assets, and other receivables, which were expected to incur credit losses, decreased significantly from approximately RM 22.1 million in the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2024 to approximately RM 17.4 million in the current fiscal year. Additionally, there was a substantial decrease in administrative expenses incurred by the group during the current fiscal year.
