CNBM (03323) announced that on September 28, 2025, its controlling shareholder, China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (parent company), through its wholly-owned subsidiary China Building Materials Joint Investment Co., Ltd. (China United Investment), entered into a indicative share subscription agreement with the non-wholly-owned subsidiary A-share listed company of the company, Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Sinoma Science & Technology) (002080.SZ). The agreement concerns Sinoma Science & Technology's plan to issue new shares for cash consideration and to partially issue them to China United Investment. China United Investment will subscribe for a total of approximately RMB 820 million in cash. The proceeds from the proposed share issuance will mainly be used for the projects and operating capital needs of Sinoma Science & Technology.
