The Bank of China Group Insurance Company Limited (01606) issued an announcement regarding the $700 million USD bonds that will mature in 2030 with an annual interest rate of 2.875%.
CDB Leasing (01606) announces that the $700 million 2.875% subordinated capital bonds due in 2030 (listed code: 40399) have been redeemed in full by the issuer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds. The redemption was completed on September 28, 2025. As of the date of this announcement, there are no outstanding balances under the bonds.
The issuer has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the delisting of the bonds. The delisting is expected to be effective at the end of business hours on October 9, 2025.
