According to the monitoring of the online car-hailing supervision information exchange system, as of August 31, 2025, a total of 393 online car-hailing platform companies nationwide have obtained online car-hailing platform operation permits, an increase of 1 compared with the previous period. In August, the online car-hailing supervision information exchange system received a total of 789 million orders, an increase of 0.2% compared to the previous period. From the situation this month, the following characteristics can be observed: 1. Among the top 10 platforms in terms of order volume, the order compliance rate (referring to the percentage of orders where both drivers and vehicles have permits) from high to low are CHENQI TECH, Fengyun Travel, Xixing Car-Hailing, Enjoy Travel, Sunshine Travel, Timely Car Rental, T3 Travel, CAOCAO INC, Didi Chuxing, and Huaxiaozhu Travel. The top 3 platforms with the highest order compliance rate growth this month are Enjoy Travel, Sunshine Travel, and Huaxiaozhu Travel; and the bottom 3 platforms with the lowest growth are Xixing Car-Hailing (0.8%), Didi Chuxing (0.7%), and CHENQI TECH (-0.5%). Among them, platforms that provide services to passengers and cooperate with online car-hailing platform companies (commonly known as "aggregator platforms") completed 287 million orders, an increase of 5.4%. The top platforms in terms of order compliance rate from high to low are Huaxiaozhu Travel, Didi Chuxing, Gaode Taxi, Baidu Taxi, Tencent Travel, Ctrip Car Rental, and Meituan Taxi. 2. Among the major central cities, the cities with the highest order compliance rates from high to low are Shenzhen, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Jinan, Ningbo, Nanning, Tianjin, Nanjing, Changchun, Guiyang, Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Nanchang, Hefei, Xining, Fuzhou, Shijiazhuang, Haikou, Changsha, Lhasa, Urumqi, Dalian, Taiyuan, Kunming, Shanghai, Wuhan, Hohhot, Yinchuan, Lanzhou, Harbin, Xi'an, Shenyang, and Beijing. Among them, 24 cities including Shenzhen, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Jinan, Ningbo, Nanning, Tianjin, Nanjing, Changchun, Guiyang, Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Nanchang, Hefei, Xining, Fuzhou, Shijiazhuang, Haikou, Changsha, Lhasa, Urumqi, etc. all have order compliance rates of over 80%. The top 3 cities with the highest order compliance rate growth this month are Urumqi, Xiamen, and Kunming; and the bottom 3 cities with the lowest growth are Dalian (-4.4%), Fuzhou (-4.8%), and Harbin (-7.1%).
