BOSS ZHIPIN-W (02076) announced that, effective from August 20, 2025, Ms. Dong Mengyuan has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the corporate governance committee. Ms. Liu Hongyu has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the corporate governance committee. Mr. Li Yan has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee. Mr. Chen Xu has been appointed as the company's president.
