The Greater Bay Area has strong technical capabilities, abundant talent resources, diverse application scenarios, and a complete industrial chain, creating unprecedented possibilities for the robust development of artificial intelligence. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government has always supported the local innovation and technology industry in Hong Kong to strengthen communication and interaction with the mainland, especially between cities in the Greater Bay Area, in order to promote complementary advantages between Hong Kong and mainland cities in the area and jointly build a more complete and globally competitive innovation and technology industry chain to realize the vision of an international technology innovation center in the Greater Bay Area. Albert Wong, Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Science Park, pointed out that Hong Kong is an ideal springboard for connecting mainland China with international markets. Adhering to the concept of "leveraging the strengths of Hong Kong to contribute to the needs of the country," the Science Park will continue to fully leverage Hong Kong's unique advantages in international networks, business environment, financial system, and research talent to continuously build a vibrant and open innovation and technology ecosystem. In the future, the Science Park will further deepen cooperation in the Greater Bay Area in areas such as technology transfer, demonstration applications, and mutual recognition of standards, to help companies "bring in" and "go out," seize opportunities for the development of key industries in the Greater Bay Area and the country, drive industrial upgrading through technological innovation, and expand their influence in domestic and international markets.
