MOMENTUM FIN (01152) announces that RaffAello Capital Limited, a licensed corporation regulated under the Securities and Futures Ordinance for Type 6 (providing advice on corporate finance), and Redsun Capital Limited, a licensed corporation regulated under the Securities and Futures Ordinance for Type 1 (securities trading) and Type 6 (providing advice on corporate finance), have been appointed as joint independent financial advisers to provide advice on the matter to the independent directors committee and independent shareholders. This appointment has been approved by the independent directors committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
