LANCANG TEA (06911) announced that on July 25, 2025, the company intends to issue 4 million shares, 2.5 million shares, 4.5 million shares, and 13 million shares of subscription shares to Mr. Yang Xuanming, DY CAPITAL PTE. LTD., ONE TREASURE LIMITED, and FY GROUP LTD respectively, at a subscription price of 2.4600 Hong Kong dollars per subscription share. The total number of subscription shares is 24 million shares, accounting for 16.00% of the total issued shares after the expansion. The net proceeds from the subscription are approximately 58.04 million Hong Kong dollars, intended for general operating funds.
