CH BEIDAHUANG(00039): Liu Xiaopeng reappointed as Executive Director of the Company.

CH BEIDAHUANG (00039) announced that Mr. Liu Xiaopeng has been re-appointed as an executive director of the company, chairman of the nomination committee, and a member of the remuneration committee, with effect from June 30, 2025. (i) Mr. Yang Yunguang has been re-appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the audit committee, with effect from June 30, 2025; (ii) Mr. Zhang Jiahua has been re-appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and chairman of the remuneration committee, with effect from June 30, 2025; and (iii) Mr. Huang Dexun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, with effect from June 30, 2025. Ms. Ho Wing Yan, a non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee, with effect from June 30, 2025.
