YTO INTL EXP (06123) announced that as of June 23, 2025, Mr. Yu Huijiao, non-executive director and chairman of the board, will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee; Ms. Wang Lixiu, non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and Mr. Xu Junmin, independent non-executive director (who is already a member of the nomination committee), has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee.
