FIRST PACIFIC(00142): Yang Gengcheng and Pei Bulei have been appointed as members of the special selection committee.

FIRST PACIFIC (00142) announced that, effective June 18, 2025, Mr. Yang Gecheng, an executive director, and Mr. Pei Bulei, an independent non-executive director, have been appointed as members of the company's special nomination committee. Following the above changes, the members of the special nomination committee are Mr. Fan Renhe (independent non-executive director and chairman of the special nomination committee), Mr. Lin Fengsheng (non-executive chairman), Mr. Yang Gecheng (executive director), Professor Chen Kunyao (independent non-executive director), Ms. Liang Gaomeiyi (independent non-executive director), Ms. Li Suxin (independent non-executive director), and Mr. Pei Bulei (independent non-executive director).
