Jiangsu Guoxin Corp.,Ltd.(002608.SZ): Guoxin Yangzhou Third Phase 2x100MW Expansion Project has been approved.

Jiangsu Guoxin Corp., Ltd. (002608.SZ) announced that its subsidiary, Jiangsu Guoxin Corp., Ltd. Yangzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guoxin Yangdian"), has received approval from the Yangzhou Development and Reform Commission regarding the expansion project of 2100MW in the third phase of Guoxin Yangdian. In order to meet the electricity demand for the economic and social development of the province, enhance power supply capacity, increase the support and regulation of the power system, optimize the installed capacity structure, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission has approved the construction of the Guoxin Yangdian third phase expansion project of 2100MW. The project will include the construction of 2100MW ultra-supercritical once-through reheat coal-fired generating units and related auxiliary facilities, with the construction site located in the reserved expansion area of the Guoxin Yangdian third phase project.
