KINGSOFT CLOUD (03896) has completed the distribution of a total of 69.375 million shares, raising approximately HK$404 million.

KINGSOFT CLOUD (03896) has announced that the subscription conditions have been met and the subscription has been completed on June 17, 2025. Under the subscription agreement, a total of 69.375 million subscription shares have been issued and allotted to KINGSOFT (the subscriber) at a subscription price of HK$5.83 per share. The subscription shares represent approximately 1.68% of the total issued shares of the company prior to the completion of the subscription, and approximately 1.65% of the total issued shares of the company after the completion of the subscription. The total proceeds (which also represents the net proceeds from the issuance of subscription shares) are estimated to be HK$404 million, which will be used for (i) upgrading and expanding infrastructure, (ii) investing in technology and product development, and (iii) general corporate and working capital purposes.
