Artificial Intelligence software platform developer RPM Interactive submitted its initial public offering (IPO) application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, aiming to raise up to $15 million. The company plans to list on Nasdaq with the stock symbol "RPMI". RPM Interactive is a generative artificial intelligence publishing and software company that is developing a software platform called "Catch-Up". The company claims that this is the world's first fully automated, generative AI-driven short video content creation platform. The platform integrates various generative AI technologies, such as Anthropic's Claude model series, OpenAI's ChatGPT series, and HeyGen AI.
