TIMES CHINA (01233) announced that, in accordance with the order issued by the Hong Kong High Court on May 27, 2025, the Hong Kong court has instructed to convene a creditors' meeting to consider and approve (with or without amendments or conditions imposed by the Hong Kong court) the plan. The meeting will be held on July 8, 2025 at 11:00 am (Hong Kong time) at the law firm of Shengde (located at 39th floor, International Finance Centre Phase 2, Financial Street Holdings 8, Central, Hong Kong). The meeting may be subject to change and any changes will be notified to the creditors before the meeting.
