NEP INTERLONG (08329) has announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Neptunus Bioengineering, has informed the company that after friendly negotiations, Haiwang Group has terminated the share transfer agreement with the Textile Group. Shenzhen Neptunus Bioengineering has also terminated the share subscription agreements with the Textile Group and Guangxin Holdings. Therefore, the change in control of the company has been terminated. The Board of Directors believes that the termination of the change in control is not expected to have any significant impact on the company's normal operations.
