SunArt Retail (06808) intends to appoint KPMG as the new auditor.

SUNART RETAIL (06808) announced that, based on the company's business needs and in adherence to good corporate governance principles (i.e. changing auditors after a suitable term), the board of directors has resolved on May 23, 2025 to not renew the appointment of the current auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Therefore, PwC will retire from the company after the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for August 14, 2025; and following the recommendation of the company's Audit Committee, it is proposed to appoint KPMG as the new auditor for the company.
