Fujian Yuanli Active Carbon (300174.SZ) announced that its shareholder Fujian Sanan Group Co., Ltd. ("Sanan Group") holds 21.4632 million shares, accounting for 5.9691% of the total share capital of the company (excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account). Sanan Group plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 10.7871 million shares, representing 3% of the total share capital of the company (excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account) through concentrated bidding and/or block trading.
