TRAD CHI MED(00570): Zheng Jun has been appointed as Vice President.

TRAD CHI MED (00570) announced that the Board of Directors made a resolution on May 14, 2025, due to reaching retirement age, Mr. Lan Qingshan will no longer serve as the Vice President of the company. Additionally, due to job content adjustments, Mr. Zhao Dongji and Mr. Huang Zhangxin will no longer serve as Vice Presidents of the company, with immediate effect. After Mr. Zhao resigns as Vice President of the company, he will also no longer serve as the joint Company Secretary. Following Mr. Zhao's resignation, Ms. Wu Xiuwei, the other joint Company Secretary, will be the sole Company Secretary of the company and will continue to fulfill the duties of the Company Secretary in accordance with the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Zheng Jun has been appointed as the Vice President of the company, effective from May 14, 2025. After Mr. Zhao resigns, he will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. Executive Director and CEO (General Manager) Mr. Li Hongjian has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from May 14, 2025.
