RoboSense Corporation (02498) was first included in the MSCI China All Shares Small Cap Index. The adjustment will take effect after the market closes on February 28, 2025.
On February 12th, MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International), the world's leading provider of investment decision support tools and services, announced the results of the index quarterly adjustment for February 2025. RoboSense ROBOSENSE (02498) was included in the MSCI China All Shares Small Cap Index for the first time, with the adjustment taking effect after the market closes on February 28, 2025.
Being included in the index signifies that RoboSense ROBOSENSE meets the stringent criteria of the index in terms of market capitalization, trading liquidity, and industry representation, which will enhance its influence in the global capital market and attract more attention and allocation from overseas long-term funds and quantitative funds.
After being listed on the HKEX mainboard in early 2024, RoboSense ROBOSENSE was included in the Hang Seng Composite Index within four months, and officially included in the Stock Connect program in early June, making it an eligible investment target for mainland investors. According to the publicly available financial report for the third quarter of 2024, RoboSense ROBOSENSE's cumulative revenue for the first three quarters was approximately 11.3 billion yuan, exceeding the full-year revenue for 2023. The Global Automotive Research Institute's ranking of LiDAR suppliers shows that the annual installation volume of LiDAR in 2024 exceeded 1.5 million units, with RoboSense ROBOSENSE ranking first in the market share of automotive LiDAR for the entire year.
In January 2025, RoboSense ROBOSENSE held a strategic release conference for AISiasun Robot & Automation, clarifying its strategic positioning as an "incremental component and solution provider for Siasun Robot & Automation" and launching a series of cutting-edge products for the future Siasun Robot & Automation market, including digital LiDAR suitable for a wider range of applications, Active CameraSiasun Robot & Automation vision solutions, and agile hand-eye coordination solutions. Currently, RoboSense ROBOSENSE serves over 2,600 customers of Siasun Robot & Automation, and it is expected that this year's shipments in the Siasun Robot & Automation field will exceed six figures. In a recent report released by Morgan Stanley titled "The Humanoid 100: Mapping the Humanoid Robot Value Chain," RoboSense ROBOSENSE was listed alongside companies such as NVIDIA, Microsoft, Google, and Tesla as one of the top 100 listed companies in the global humanoid robot industry chain. In the future, RoboSense ROBOSENSE will focus on the global market and accelerate the implementation and expansion of its Siasun Robot & Automation strategic layout to become a leading global Siasun Robot & Automation technology platform company.
