Bank of Guizhou (06199.HK): Wen Zhichao's qualification to serve as an independent non-executive director has been approved.

ZHITONG FINANCE APP NEWS Bank of Guizhou (06199.HK) announced that on September 18, 2026, the Bank received approval of the qualification for a director's appointment. The Guizhou Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration (Guizhou Financial Regulatory Bureau) has approved the qualification of Mr. Wen Zhichao to serve as an independent non-executive director of the Bank. Mr. Wen Zhichao's term as director shall last until the expiration of the term of the fourth board of directors.
