Qichacha APP shows that Shanghai Zhaoshan Chuangyue Real Estate Co., Ltd. was recently established, with registered capital of approximately RMB 1.46 billion. Its business scope includes real estate development and operation; residential interior decoration; leasing of non-residential real estate; housing leasing; property management; landscaping engineering construction, etc. Qichacha equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Shanghai Yunhua Real Estate Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Merchants Shekou, and Shenzhen Haichengjin Industrial Development Co., Ltd. under Nanshan Holdings.
