Zhuhai plans to acquire idle land under Huafa for 181 million yuan.

On November 4, the Zhuhai Municipal Natural Resources Bureau issued a "Public Notice on the Price for Recovering and Acquiring Existing Idle Land." The notice states that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Using Local Government Special Bond Funds to Recover and Acquire Existing Idle Land," and after study and approval by the municipal government and agreement reached through consultation with the land use right holder, it plans to recover and acquire the state-owned construction land use right of 1 parcel. It is reported that Zhuhai Municipality attaches great importance to the reform and development of Huafa Group. Through measures such as integrating and restructuring resources and market-oriented operations, it has already provided support funds exceeding 40 billion yuan, and will subsequently coordinate various resources of nearly 70 billion yuan to fully support the enterprise in responding to phased challenges and promoting business transformation and upgrading.
