*ST Infinova (002528.SZ): Sells 100% equity of Xinpu Internet and 100% equity of Infinova Systems, divesting continuously loss-making assets

Zhito Finance APP News: *ST Infinova (002528.SZ) has issued an announcement that the listed company is selling 100% equity of Xinpu Internet and 100% equity of Infinova Systems to Jiaxun Yuanshu. This transaction is conducted through a public auction on the Taobao asset disposal bidding online platform, with a public bidding held on November 3, 2026. Wuhan Jiaxun Teng Technology Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid and designated its controlled subsidiary Sanya Jiaxun Yuanshu Management Consulting Co., Ltd. as the transferee of the target assets to sign the transaction agreement. The transfer price of the target assets is set at 1.00 yuan. Jiaxun Yuanshu will pay the transaction consideration in cash. After the transaction is completed, Xinpu Internet and Infinova Systems will no longer be included in the consolidated financial statements of the listed company.
