Bama Tea (06980.HK) Enters into Framework Agreement with Wang Xinji for the Sale and Purchase of Tea and Other Tea Products

Zhitong Finance APP News, Bama Tea (06980.HK) announced that on November 4, 2026, the Company entered into a tea and other tea product sales and purchase framework agreement with Wang Xin Ji (a connected subsidiary of the Company), pursuant to which the supplier group will, from time to time during the term of the tea and other tea product sales and purchase framework agreement (which will commence on January 1, 2027 and continue until December 31, 2029), supply tea and other tea products to Wang Xin Ji and/or its subsidiaries.
