Zhitong Finance APP News, Kelun-Biotech (06990.HK) announced that on November 4, 2026, the Company entered into the Zheshang Bank Structured Deposit Agreement VI with Zheshang Bank, pursuant to which the Company agreed to subscribe for the Zheshang Bank Structured Deposit VI with a principal amount of RMB500 million. On November 4, 2026, the Company entered into the Bank of China Structured Deposit Agreement IV with Bank of China, pursuant to which the Company agreed to subscribe for the Bank of China Structured Deposit IV with a principal amount of RMB700 million.
