CITIC Financial Asset (02799.HK): Dong Hong's qualification as employee director approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration

Zhitong Finance APP News, China CITIC Financial Asset (02799.HK) announced that the Company recently received the "National Financial Regulatory Administration Reply on the Director Qualification of Dong Hong of China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd." (Jin Fu [2026] No. 591), and the qualification of Ms. Dong Hong to serve as an employee director of the Company has been approved. In accordance with relevant regulations and the resolution of the employees' representative assembly, effective from November 2, 2026, Ms. Dong Hong shall serve as an employee director of the Company for a term of three years, and may be re-elected upon expiration of the term.
