Its business scope includes real estate development and operation; housing leasing; non-residential real estate leasing; consulting and planning services; data processing services; real estate consulting, etc. Qichacha equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Wuhan Metro Holdings Co., Ltd., under Wuhan Metro Group, and Youchao Housing Leasing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Runzhi Holdings Co., Ltd.
