In order to leverage the professional resources and investment capabilities of professional investment institutions and actively explore opportunities for the development of emerging industries, the company plans to contribute its own funds and, together with general partner Shenzhen Lihe Zhihui Innovation Fund Management Co., Ltd., limited partners Lingxin Partner (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd., Ningbo Tengfeng Boli Investment Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Lihe Rongtong Venture Capital Co., Ltd., jointly establish Gongqingcheng Lihe Zhiheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership). The partnership's fundraising scale is RMB 88 million, and the company plans to subscribe for 31.8182% of its property shares with RMB 28 million.
