Yoozoo Network (002174.SZ) subsidiary signs RMB 4.225 billion GPU product procurement contract

Zhitong Finance APP news, Yoozoo Games (002174.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yoozoo Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yoozoo Information") recently signed a Sales Contract with Company A, under which Yoozoo Information will purchase GPU products of model PRO5500 (PCIe) from Company A, with a total contract amount of RMB 4.225 billion (tax inclusive). If the contract is successfully implemented, in the long term, it will help the company advance its transformation and upgrading, and will be conducive to enhancing the company's sustainable operating capability and long-term core competitiveness.
