Apple Intelligence for the China market launches tonight.

Apple announced last week that the China-region version of Apple Intelligence will begin testing on November 4 with the latest iOS 27.3 developer beta. As is customary, the new beta will be pushed around 1 a.m. on the 4th, which is tonight. The hardware compatibility threshold remains the same as before: only the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, the entire iPhone 16 series, and subsequent new models will be able to enable this set of AI capabilities. The China-region version of Apple Intelligence will cover core capabilities such as the upgraded Siri interaction, system-level writing assistance, intelligent understanding of photos and videos, and intelligent notification summaries. In addition, it will integrate Alibaba's Qwen large model to supplement localized capabilities, while strictly complying with data compliance requirements; users' request data will not be used for model training.
