Zhitong Finance APP has learned that the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) stated in a post that in October 2026, nationwide wholesale sales of new energy passenger vehicle manufacturers are estimated to reach 1.8 million units, up 12% year-on-year and 8% month-on-month, achieving continued strengthening in both year-on-year and month-on-month terms, marking that the new energy sector, after undergoing an earlier adjustment, has entered a recovery channel of strong bottoming-out. The growth rate of new energy is significantly higher than that of the overall auto market during the same period, and new energy vehicles have become the core engine for stabilizing the steady development of the passenger vehicle market.
