S&P: Assigns 'A-' Long-Term Issue Rating to RMB Senior Unsecured Notes Proposed by China Chengtong Hong Kong

On November 3, S&P assigned an "A-" long-term issue rating to the proposed RMB-denominated senior unsecured notes to be issued by China Chengtong Hong Kong Company Limited ("China Chengtong Hong Kong", A-/Stable/--). The notes will be issued by the wholly-owned special purpose vehicle CCT HK Capital Ltd., with an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee provided by China Chengtong Hong Kong.
