Zhitong Finance APP has learned that Oracle (ORCL.US) is leading 17 companies into the U.S. high-grade bond market, issuing bonds ahead of the U.S. midterm elections. This is the longest issuance queue since September. According to regulatory filings, Oracle is issuing $10 billion of U.S. dollar investment-grade bonds and plans to issue a similar amount of common stock to raise funds for artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure construction.
