Belgian prosecutors investigate cyberattack on supermarket refrigeration equipment

The Belgian Federal Prosecutor's Office launched a criminal investigation on the 2nd into cyberattacks on the refrigeration systems of multiple supermarkets across the country. According to Belgian media reports, as of the afternoon of the 2nd, at least 76 supermarkets and other retail stores across Belgium had reported problems with their refrigeration systems. Currently, no organization or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack.
