Zhitong Finance APP News, Jufei Optoelectronics (300303.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase part of its publicly held shares through centralized bidding transactions, for the purpose of implementing the company's employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. The funds for this share repurchase shall be no less than RMB 50 million and no more than RMB 80 million, and the repurchase price per share shall not exceed RMB 9.69.
