After the contract was signed, the company had paid a deposit of RMB 267 million in accordance with the contract. Affected by factors such as shortages of goods in the upstream supply chain, Company A failed to deliver the first batch of equipment on schedule. The company sent a "Demand Letter" to Company A on September 14 to urge performance, but as of the expiration of the delivery deadline stipulated in the contract, Company A had still not delivered any equipment, constituting a breach of contract.
