Zhitong Finance APP news, EDI Hydropower (600292.SH) issued an announcement that the company's actual controller, State Power Investment Corporation Limited (referred to as "SPIC Group"), intends to increase its shareholding in the company directly or through its wholly-owned subsidiary SPIC Group Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. SPIC Group plans to increase its shareholding in the company within 6 months starting from November 3, 2026, through methods permitted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange system (including but not limited to block trades and centralized bidding transactions), using its own funds, with the increase amount not less than RMB 200 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 300 million (inclusive).
