State Administration for Market Regulation: Mining explosion-proof electrical equipment will no longer be subject to compulsory product certification management.

The State Administration for Market Regulation has issued an announcement that, in order to further optimize the regulatory mechanism for mining explosion-proof electrical products, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation, as of the date of the announcement, mandatory product certification management will no longer be implemented for mining explosion-proof electrical products, and the relevant designated certification bodies shall cancel the mandatory product certification certificates already issued.
