The Kyiv City State Administration reported that Russia carried out an attack on Kyiv's energy infrastructure, cutting power to a local water supply facility and causing disruptions to the city's water supply. Due to the power outage, water pressure has generally dropped across many districts of Kyiv, and some residential buildings may experience temporary water outages. According to official statements, once power is restored to the damaged water supply facility, pressure in the city's water supply network will gradually recover, but full restoration of water supply across the entire city will still take time. Technicians from Kyivvodokanal are currently carrying out repair work. Russia has not yet responded to this.
