National standards related to intelligent manufacturing in the steel industry released, providing rules to follow for the construction of intelligent systems.
The reporter learned today that the State Administration for Market Regulation has released three national standards: "Intelligent Manufacturing - Design Requirements for Intelligent Scrap Steel Plants," "Intelligent Manufacturing - Technical Requirements for Digital Twin Systems in Intelligent Steel Plants," and "Intelligent Manufacturing - Technical Requirements for Multi-base Manufacturing Resource Collaborative Management and Control Systems in the Steel Industry." These standards respectively target key areas such as scrap steel plants, digital twins, and multi-base collaboration, supporting the construction of a technical requirements system for advanced steel manufacturing. The three national standards provide clear solutions to problems in the steel industry, including long process flows, numerous procedures, complex interfaces, and long-standing issues such as inconsistent design specifications, duplicated system development, difficulty in data interoperability, and challenges in coordinating resources across bases. They uniformly adopt layered and decoupled architecture design requirements, clarifying the corresponding functional positioning and technical boundaries layer by layer, so that the construction of intelligent systems has rules to follow.
