The China Index Academy recently released the "Analysis of China Real Estate Enterprises' Sales Performance from January to October 2026." From January to October 2026, the total sales of 100 real estate enterprises amounted to 2,537.06 billion yuan, with the year-on-year decline narrowing by 0.9 percentage points compared with January to September. From January to October 2026, there were 6 real estate enterprises with sales of over 100 billion yuan, one fewer than in the same period last year; there were 58 real estate enterprises with sales of over 10 billion yuan, four fewer than in the same period last year. The number of 100-billion-yuan and 10-billion-yuan real estate enterprises continued the downward trend.
