Luda Technology Group Acquires 55% Equity Stake in Asia Computing Power Network and Quantum Computing Technology Co., Ltd.

U.S.-listed company Luda Technology Group announced the formal acquisition of a 55% equity stake in Asia Computing Power and Quantum Computing Technology Co., Ltd., whose business covers the operational management of data center planning and construction, high-performance computing power leasing, and quantum computing hosting and operations. To support the development of the Asia computing power business, Luda Technology Group signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Huazhi Future Technology Co., Ltd., under which the two parties will explore cooperation opportunities in three major directions: overseas computing power export, liquid cooling technology, and financial cooperation.
