Nasdaq 100 Index extends decline to 4%, hitting a fresh intraday low. Philadelphia Semiconductor Index falls 8.7%, Intel now down 30.8%, SanDisk down 15%, AMD, Qualcomm, and ARM down 12%, Seagate Technology down over 9%, Western Digital and Applied Materials down over 8%, Cerebras, ASML, and Lam Research down over 7%, TSMC and Broadcom down over 6%.
