Ananda Drive Techniques: Board Secretary and CFO Li Jin Departs; Related Duties Temporarily Assumed by Others

Ananda announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Li Jin, the board secretary and chief financial officer. Li Jin applied to resign from the above positions due to personal development reasons, and the resignation report took effect on the date it was delivered to the board of directors. After leaving, Li Jin will not hold any position in the company or its controlled subsidiaries. Before a new board secretary is appointed, Chairman Huang Hongyue will temporarily perform the duties of the board secretary; before a new chief financial officer is appointed, General Manager Zhuo Da will temporarily perform the duties of the chief financial officer. The acting period for both shall not exceed three months. The company already has candidates for the corresponding positions and will complete the appointment work as soon as possible in accordance with regulations.
