Sanofi (SNY.US) Q3 profit significantly beats expectations; strong Dupixent demand cannot mask patent cliff concerns.

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that, driven by growing demand for its blockbuster skin and asthma drug Dupixent (dupilumab), Sanofi has raised its full-year sales and profit guidance for the second consecutive quarter. The French pharmaceutical company said on Friday that, at constant exchange rates, sales for the year are expected to grow by a low double-digit percentage, higher than its previous forecast of 10%; earnings per share excluding certain items are expected to grow by a mid double-digit percentage.
