Tang Fangyu, director of the Central Policy Research Office, said that the most important outcome of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee was the deliberation and adoption of the "Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues Concerning Persevering in Advancing Full and Rigorous Party Self-Governance." The drafting of the Decision was carried out under the leadership of the Party Central Committee.
