Junshi Biosciences (01877): First patient dosed in Phase III clinical trial of JS207 combined with JS007 for first-line treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma

Zhito Finance APP News, Junshi Biosciences (01877) announced that recently, the Company's product recombinant humanized anti-PD-1 and VEGF bispecific antibody (code: JS207) in combination with recombinant humanized anti-CTLA4 monoclonal antibody (code: JS007) versus toripalimab in combination with bevacizumab for the first-line treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinomaa multicenter, randomized, controlled, open-label Phase III clinical study evaluating efficacy and safety (hereinafter referred to as the "JS207-017-III-HCC study," NCT07823348)has completed dosing of the first patient. This study is the first domestic registrational clinical study of JS207.
