WeRide-W (00800): Jingzhuo, Taizhou WeRide and investors enter into a capital increase agreement

Zhitong Finance APP News, WeRide-W (00800) issued an announcement that on October 28, 2026 (after trading hours), Jingshuo, Taizhou WeRide and the investors (Ningbo Yongyuan, Primus Vesalius and/or Tianlangxing Luhong) (among others) entered into a capital increase agreement, pursuant to which the investors agreed to subscribe for a total of RMB 4 million of Jingshuo's registered capital at a total consideration of RMB 70 million, equivalent to approximately 3.38% of Jingshuo's registered capital immediately after completion of the subscription and after the implementation and full utilization of Jingshuo's equity incentive plan.
